does anyone have an easy way to get the rear spring out

put the sled on a stand and remove the shock.

- Roll it on it's left side
- Take the bolts loose on either end of the shock assembly
- Pull down and forward on the rear of the skid with left hand
- Press bolts out with right hand
- Remember where all of the washers and bushing go

Loosen Control Rods Bolts
It also helps if you loosen the bolts on the bottom of the control rods. This will allow more room to release the shock preload when you pull the skid down. Shock should then just slip out.
