I know that the yamaha clutch dosn't move the belt all the way out but mine is about an inch from the top of the clutch. I can see that the belt is slipping at the bottom because the sheeves are black next to the shaft. I am running a yel-grn-yel spring, 14.5mm rollers, 8ch weights with 13.3mm steel rivit in the toe and 13.9mm steel in the heal for a total weght of 42.62g. My secondary has green spring at 50 degree and a 45-41 helix. I engage around 4300 and top out at 9000 rpm. Any input would be great. Thanks

I'm sorry its a mm748,SLP tripple pipes, carbon tech reeds, reed spacers, boost bottle, case ported,151'' track, 19-40 gearing and 8 tooth extrovert drivers.

Looks like your getting a bit of belt slip, try sqeezing the belt a little tighter on the secondary, ...and assuming you don't have primary interference (more than 3 shims etc...) you can lower your gearing to increase your shiftout.

...also, insure your running the correct belt size and your primary/secondary are aligned.
