Here are a few pics from what is likely my last ride this season. Didn't get out too much this year but the days I did were well worth it. These pics are from the last weekend in march.
The first day, Saturday, was beautiful, mid to upper 40's I would say and not a cloud in the sky. Didn't even need the jacket, I was sweating my butt off. The second day was a different story as clouds rolled in sat. afternoon and it began raining as it got dark but soon turned to quite the snowstorm dropping about 6" of heavy snow at the cabin (6800')but about 16" of nice light stuff up higher at around 9000'. May have been more it's tough to say, the wind really blew it around and were busting through some pretty deep drifts.
What a great time. Maybe I can sqeek one more weekend out...
Yes, these are Cat sleds. My Phazer is out of commission... again. And as much as I love my Phazer, it just doesn't compare to these sleds.
