anyone know where and how many heat exchangers are on the new phasers?... the exchangers under the running boards on my present Yamis work well in poor snow conditions.... Hoping for the same on the Phasers.. a rear exchanger too would be a bonus...

Phazer has a rad and a 'large' front heat exchanger. None on the boards or in the rear. In the pic you can see the hoses running down to the front exchanger(picture is sitting, looking forward). The rad is mounted infront of the oil tank on the right hand side there. In Munising, I believe the techs mentioned they were testing whether or not the rad needed a fan for warmer temps etc....

my motorcycle, v65 magna, had a busted fan switch. I didn't even notice for a couple of years, only became a problem with traffic jams in the heat of summer, I added a toggle switch and used it maybe a handful of times in the following years. I cant see a sled ever needing one unless its super tight around the engine, and you leave it idleing for long period waiting to go grass dragging
