head mod v overbore

do you have to modifie your head when you bore from 700 (mmax sx)to 750cc can i use stock head size.?

im 99% sure u do the pistion wont fit into the 700cc dome and will hit the edge plus ull run into problems with teh squish zone being diferent and it could cause detination.

need to machine the head or big problems..
I might have a peak head and a stock head machined for the 72.9mm overbore(wiseco)...
