I am going to get a 1.5" track this fall for my Viper but I was wondering if anyone else has a 1.5" track and what type of track did you get, Im considering to Camoplast intense or the new 1.5 ripsaw snowcross track. Thanks.

Doug

I recently bought a 1.5" Challenger, i think it's the same track as the intense. Have not tried it yet but from what i've heard it's a pretty good allround track.

136 x 1-1/2 looks like the intense couple of seasons on it, really like it but
I want to go deeper for out west!

From What I've Heard The Camo 9803c Is The Best 1.5 Track, Going To Try It On My Piped Viper This Year.

9803c is what Iv'e got. It's a six pitch design, with small fingers on the paddles.
It flat out rocks for loose trails/logging roads. No problems hanging with an
f-7 snowpro's with the 1.375 tracks. You will loose some top speed with this bad dog, I lost at least 7-8 MPH from the stock yoko track.

i am running the skidoo camoplast 1.5 (similar to the 9803c)thats tracks usa had on sale earlier this year. switched from a 9818. all i can say is wow, awesome on the trail and excellent boondocking. i also went to a 136 expert x but that is another story. i will never have anything less than 1.5 again.

From the Camoplast website the 136" version of the Intense is a 9800C, the 121" version is the 9803C ( I'm sure they have a typo; they're saying 151 )
"Intense
Model Profile Width Length Weight MSRP Features
9800C 1.50" 15 136 41 lb 638 Mid-height profile for aggressive exploring and ditch banging, clipped every 3rd
9803C 1.50" 15 151 36 lb 0 Mid-height profile for aggressive exploring and ditch banging, clipped every 3rd"

I picked up a 136" Intense for the Viper. Everyone that has one gives it a good review; better than the Ripsaw for off trail, which was what I wanted
