well im posting this because i was driving down the interstate today and seen something that if it was something that suddnly shot up into the sky i wouldnt have been supprised , it was simulair to a motercycle BUT it had not only the standard wheels of a motercycle but wheels sticking out the side.
it had an enclosed capsule , no part of the driver was out side of the vehicle.
anyone ever seen one of these?
if so what the heck is it?

saw them on a tv show years ago, near 20K, they were a motorcylce car, european.
no bugs, no weather problems, better efficiency with air flow. quieter.
at speeds below a predetermined speed, outriggers would drop down with tires on them for stoping or manuvering slow speed sharp cornering, even had electric reverse.
great idea, i think the killer was now that they are enclosed, have four wheels, they are now a car and are subject to crash test, etc. i think the company was gettting around this part by selling as a kit you would install
