friend has an 01 srx and wants to run vforce 3's, anyone do this and what is the feedback?

Not much to be gained on a stock or mostly stock sled other than a little throttle response from what I'm told.

yep, shortstop's correct. throttle response is a bit crispier on a stocker, you don't see any gains really till you start boring, porting, etc.

I waisted my $375. On a set of V-force 2 reeds. I lost throttle response, and the sled ran a little fat. Plug color was even a darker brown. when I reinstalled the stock reeds everything came back (stock jetting). Brad

It says right in the instructions that you may have to jet down from stock because the aftermarket reeds have a tendency to richen the calibration.
