Looks great so far! Where can I find one of those hoods!? That looks evil with the fins sticking out like that! Something I'm doing on mine is cutting the bumper so it mounts from the front and crossbar only, like the 76-77' SRX's.

my hood is an original yamaha snopro hood. it is super lightweight. reproduction snopro hoods are available from Lee Frederickson of Classic Muscle Sleds in Forest Lake MN.
i hear what your saying about the front bumper....i was thinking about removing my bumper alltogether. i am getting rid of the stock seat, fuel tank and fuel shroud on mine also.
