Seems pretty easy in the tech pages.
Remove clutch spring, or compress it with that fork like tool.
Remove the allen screws that hold the collar in place, then use 8 mm wrenches to remove the bolt and collar that holds the clutch weight in place.
That's it?
My questions are:
1) (Again), how what size is the allen screw that holds the collar in place?
2) Is it neccesary to have a t-wrench to get the allen screws out?
3) Where are the torque specs that tell me how much to tighten the screws, bolts?
4) What possible dangers am I facing when doing it my self, and riding the sled afterwards? (I've never done it before)
thanks

Don't over tighten them bolts. I tried using a big torque wrench set to 10 ft/lbs and tore the bolt in two. Just tighten enough with out to much pressure. I usually tighten till the nut stops, and then approx. 1/4 turn more and that's it. I started working on my clutch last year. Must have taken it off and played with rivets at least a dozen times.Nothing exploded on me yet. This season will still be experimenting with weights and such till I get my rpm's right on.Purchase a clutch holder also,it helps. Clean the clutch and parts clean from dust at a regular basis.I am fast at it now compared when I first started to remove the clutch and parts. Can't remember the t-allen wrench size off hand, just buy a kit with various sizes and try them. A T-handle type works perfectly for them set screws.

oh yeah another thing. Make sure the nuts are all facing the same direction when finished.Usually to the right of the bolt.

The very small allen bolts are 2.5mm.
