I am looking in to buy the 835 kit from bender, new rear suspension, front shocks and a new 1.25 inch track and skis. Can you guys give me some info on the kit and what rear suspension i should look into? I also would like to know how would the 835 viper be vs a Zr 800 with a 870 kit in it from D@D.

i have a bender 835 in a srx & 800 in a sx. i put sxr wide front end on both & viper update shocks front & rear. motors are bullet proof. lots of miles & no problems. the mistake almost everyone makes when modifying a motor & increasing hp is neglecting the cooling system. increased hp means more heat. i added bender's tunnel heat exchangers to both sleds. we ride ontario lakes a lot & never have a problem. we have all makes & models of sleds when we ride & switch back & forth. as far as suspensions go they all have their good & bad points but both ride just as good if not better than the new stuff.
i have radared both sleds in north bay @ NBSSR & the sx does 115 - 122 mph & the srx 118 - 125 mph ( depends on the conditions of the day ) in 2000'. that's with trail fat jetting, 1" camo predator, 240 megabites & trail ride heights.
what sleds will you beat in trail form accross the lake? almost all. this a real 185 hp motor on pump gas.

If you are looking to beat the cat I wouldnt put an 1.25" track on it. you will lose a little speed

02 viper:
price depends on what you want. you will need triple pipes, bored & ported cylinders, pistons, tunnel heat exchangers, vforce 2 reeds & clutch parts for a basic setup. this will give you around 175-178 hp. add case porting & 38mm rack carbs & the price goes up but so does the hp - 185 to 190+ depending on compression & porting. call mike @ bender for prices - 1 585 937 6829.
