I have a 200 MM and I want to buy a Boss seat. I'm 5'9" and I'm wondering which seat would be better, the flat top or the highrise flat top. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the highrise a wouldn't want anything else. I am a lot taller than you, but the taller the seat, the less you have to go to be standing (which is 95% of the time in mountain riding anyway). Try blocking your existing seat to the height of a highrise to try before you order. Also, Freak on snowest is guy to buy from if you don't haver a local dealer.

I also ordered a Boss seat from Tri-J, got it for $475 + shipping. Hopefully it's here around November. I went with the Highrise seat. I am 6' 2" tall. My sled currently has a 4" riser, but I will be putting a 6" riser on it. Highrise seat will be 3" higher than stock, bars will only be 2" higher, so when sitting the handlebars will actually be 1" lower than they are now, better for trail riding, but at the perfect height when standing up.

I am 6'1" and the high rise flat top fits me. IMO, the secret is matching the seat height to the handlebar height. The high rise seems to work well with a 4"-6" handlebar lift. I think you also need to consider where you ride and how you ride. The price for a higher seating position is stability. BTW, the nitrous sleeve is worth the money as is the shovel pouch. Even is you don't intend to carry a shovel or use nitrous, the added storage is really worth while.

I have a highrise flattop on my mod mountain max and love it. most comfortable seat i ever sat on. I am 6'4" and have 4" bar risers and it is just right if that helps ya at all.

I am 5'11" and I have a high rise flat top on my viper with 8+" of rise and its perfect. Transitioning from sitting to standing is so much better now. But on the trails, it is definitely more tippy now. Still well worth it tho, i am not out there to ride the trails.
Go for the high rise.
