Just finished up the bar riser on my wife's viper. I know there have been lots of questions on this topic, so here is my set-up. This is a very clean set-up and you could probably go with a taller spacer block than what I did. The new cables are plenty long.
Riser:
Power Madd Pivot Adapter Kit: Power Madd # 15583
Dennis Kirk #592891- $47.99
Power Madd 2” Pivot Style Block: Power Madd # 15539
Dennis Kirk #292883 – $28.99
Vendor: Dennis Kirk
Comments: Has all fasteners needed in the kit, good instructions included.
Brake Line:
Exented Brake Line for Viper: Part #WP40-0019 - $50.00
Vendor: Jazz Motor Sports
Comments: Cable is 4” longer than stock. Has stock type banjo fitting. SS Braided line for better brake feel than stock.
Cables:
Throttle and Oil Pump Cables from 03 MountainViper
Throttle Cable Part # 8EN-26311-00-00 - $20.00
Oil Pump Cable Part # 8EN-26320-00-00 - $22.00
Vendor: Local Yamaha Dealer
Comments: Cables are 2+” longer than std viper.

Hey Man, where are you located? I am in Dar Boy (Appleton) always good to know some other riders. Maybe truck pool, save some $$ gas. I will keep you in mind if I need some other parts. I thought the cables were resonable from Yamaha, surprisingly. Looks like you have an aftermarket suspension in your sled. Any hints on installing a SC-10 III in my Viper. So far I have the suspension, working on putting it back together, have dimensions from a rev, that is as far as I am.

I may need it. I really really want to avoid having to drill that tunnel twice.
