i have had a set since last march-april. when i got them i put about 200 miles on them, i took them out to check on them and half of them already had chips in them. so i replaced them and now again they are chipped. anyone know why this is happening? i cant figure this one out and dont want to be changing them every few hundred miles since they cost about 80 bucks each cylinder.

I never heard of a problem before do you have your jetting off where your sled is backfiring once in a while a backfire will chip them sometimes or even suck a reed.

thats odd. I had problems with the originals, but they were recalled and I thought the 3's had all the updates so this WOULDNT happen. huh. did they make a huge difference that you wouldnt want to go back? thought they did very little on the vipers?
