What's the best way to repair a hole in an SRX fuel tank?

I agree with Tom on this one, but I have seen JB Weld used and its held up.

Thanks for the reply ...I got distracted and drilled a hole into my tank when installing tunnel protectors ... I hear Seal-All works as well, although I don't want any leaks to come back and haunt me 30 miles into the trails this winter.

If your bound and determined to fix it instead of replacing it, theres 2 ways to fix it, 1st is to remove tank and wash out with hot soapy water and melt the hole closed with a soldering iron, then you would want to rough up the plastic with 80-100 grit sandpaper then apply a coat of jb weld over the spot of repair.
2nd repair option is to install a pop rivet in the hole with a air riveter gun, a large 5/8" headed aluminum one, do the same rough up of plastic and then coat with jb weld.
personally if it were me I would replace the tank being there isnt any snow out yet, but if you cant find one(doubtfull with all the parting out of sleds) these 2 methods will get you back riding in a pinch.
