Hey guys, I need a little help with my trail setup for both clutching and carbs. I have a 98 700 XTC-P with a new ripsaw 121 X 15 X 1.25(that I'm about to install). I'm 200Lbs. I ride at approx 800ft, have reed spacers, MBRP race can and a vari-flow. GPG primary, G secondary 60deg, 45 Helix and 22/40 gears. Not sure on the weights but definitely stock. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are the rpm,s now at wide open throttle? What is in there now for clutching? That track will change rpm,s also. What is the current jetting? Can,t really do anything until the new track is installed & also need to know your current set up.
I guess I will have to wait till I install the track and the snow flies. The old max rpm at WFO was 8400. The stock setup is 8ch with 13.9 & 13.9 rivets. The carbs have 50 pilots, 146.3, 145, 145 mains, needle at 3, and pilot screw at 1.5 turns out.
I would installa 49/41 helix in there it will give you alot better holeshot.
