any one have pics of an MPI 144 Tunnel installed?
Here's one I did
Awesome kit. Took some time but very well thought out product. This is the same sled, it just went through some cosmetic and other changes. The "Sniper" theme didn't seem so cool to me after the terrorist thing became such an issue so I took the stickers off. Awesome cearance up by the front heat exchanger. I ran a 1 1/4 track studded w/ 9 tooth drivers and you could easily fit a six pack of beer between the track and the front heat exchanger.

How did you get rid of your heat exchanger hoses, and the ugly black plastic guards?

Does it run thru the rolled edge?
Like a cat!
Yes, the coolant runs throught the aluminum extrusions on the edge of the running board like a cat. They are also what makes the running boards so stiff. If you look closely you can see a little 90 degree tube coming out of the running board cooler in the back. That tube goes into a pair of heat exchangers that I made up in the tunnel that go down the outside edges. The coolers are connected together on top of the tunnel in the trunk area of the boss seat. That's why the track is studded down the middle, there are no heat exchangers to hit there......it all clear. The kit from MPI comes with a really nice "U" cooler. That sled holds more than twice as much coolant as a stock viper - about 2 gallons.
