Any suggestions on getting the remaining part of the bolt out....I snapped two of them off. Still about 1/4" sticking out of engine. I was thinking soak them with penetrating fluid for a few days then get on them with a pair of vise grips. Maybe add some heat. My guess is they are right-handed threads...right? Anyone ever have any good luck getting them out? Would appreciate tips or suggestions before I make more of a mess of them. Thanks in advance.
Just so we are on the same page it is part #23 on attached pic....I broke the two top ones on the center cyl.

you need a propane or better yet map gas torch, a good pair of vise grips and patience, yes, they are right handed threads. heat up the area around the stud, not the stud but the aluminum around it, aluminum expands alot faster then steel does, by heating the aluminum it will release the hold on the threads some, now attach the vise grips on with as much pressure as you possibly can, to squeeze the handle to lock closed. Work the stud back and forth a few times, this will help loosen it up off the threads, you can spray some pentrating oil on once you get it free, dont be afraid to use the heat, it is your friend in this situation.

If you have access to a wleder, put a nut on the end then melt a bead inside of the nut.
The nut weld trick works great.
You can also put a nut on, and then peen over the end of the bolt threads (above the nut). Just remember that this is your engine that you are wacking against, and don't hit too hard.
