I had good memories with my 98 SRX600 but the time has come and I'm trading her in.....

I just want a more aggressive sled......suspension is a must!!

So I am getting the new 2007 Phazer FX

I hope I won't be dissappointed...

Well...The only thing you might be disappointed in is the HP........nothing a turbo can't fix.

Enjoy your new ride....I'm thinking of getting a Phazer Mountain for my wife (ahhhmmm...and maybe me too!!)

For agressive go APEX RTX. That sled (set up well) is the most agressive sled in the stock lineup. The Phazer has an awful lot going for it, but an APEX RTX should be able to waste it stock. I am not just talking power either, the RTX is made to ride rough especially with a big shock in the rear.

I think you'll miss the HP of your SRX if you buy a Phazer .... only about a 40 hp difference there.

I know how you feel!! I'm trading in my 01 SRX tomorrow for a 07 RTX. I have close to 20,000 miles on two diferent SRX's I have owned. I never thought I could part with it until I rode a 06 RTX and was blown away. It is a sad moment and I'm sure I will be sad tonight as I polish her up for her new owner.

supercharged Phazer is getting 130hp on Stage 1 and 160hp on Stage 2 as advertised by Mtn Per.

Yeah but I dont want to know how much that supercharger kit costs..

I will fant....

I'm not out for the speed...I will be just playing around ditchbanging it up...

You know how the SRX was in the rough stuff

and with that much S/C'ed power it has a good possibility of popping :( I would be nervous until other people get some hard miles on boosted phazers

I agree, but with enough boost to get the power well above 100, seems risky :( I would wait for a bigger motor if I wanted 130+ hp out of a boosted phazer :)

I was reading about another Phazer turbo kit...I can't remember who's....but they were saying you have to change out the pistons for lower compression or the engine will blow.

I would have to agree....I would have to sit out a year or so on the turbo (not that I could afford it right now anyways) just to make sure that the bugs are worked out.
