Hey Guys,
Just A Short Question For You. On The Rear Of A 96 Vmax 600 Dx Two Up, The Strap That Is On The Rear By The Linkage Is The Limiter Strap Correct. If This Is Tightenend Up Significantly....will This Give More Hookup On The Rear And Less Ski Pressure. What Other Possible Effects Will This Have....any To Be Concerned With The Alignment Of The Track, Ride And Handling, Etc. Get Back To Me When You Can. Thanks

no, should be the two straps at the front of the rear suspension.

I see the two limiter straps at the front of the rear suspension but there is also a single strap towards the rear by the rear shock and pivot arm. it is also called a stopper i guess. what does the adjustment of this strap have on the machine.

if you tighten that one it will lower you down in the rear and increase tension on the rear of rear shock. not much to be gained unless drag racing. lowers you down, harshes the ride. most of these straps have little or no adjustment holes. hope this helps.
