After reading the heelclicker instructions over and over, and reading about the hc's on this forum, I've come to this set up (not meaning to steal anybodys set up here) but here it goes: yamaha 40-10 set
with 4,3 in heel, 2,3 in middle and 4,3 in tip. This is complemented with a 48/38 helix.
The background and theory behind this set up:

Supertorquer says that, to regain lost top speed, you should load the tip:
therefore, 4,3 in tip instead of 3,3 as in the instructions.

They also state that when loading tip, you should also run a shallower helix angle. Therefore 48/38 instead of 50/40. This goes well with the things mrviper700 had to tell me about hc's.

I intend to run a green secondary spring set at 80 degrees, along with 22/38 gearing. I have a 1,25 ripsaw track.

Expected top speed (what I personally expect): at least 108mph

So.. please comment, and correct me if I have gotten something wrong here.
Do you think this set up will work good or?
What needs to be changed, if any?

You can probably back off the secondary spring to 60 degrees. I ran 4.3 heel; 3.2 tip & 3.2 mid with a dalton 51/37 green secondary at 60 wrap& that was about perfect in a 01 SRX. You might need a little more weight in the heel.

I'm not studded so a 51/37 might be out of the question. How much do I have to add in the heel?

I would add another washer but your only gonna know on snow at WOT. I don,t run studs.

Nope; meant the heel. The heel will pull down your initial overrev your gonna have but it also affects (lowers) the rpm,s right thru the whole shift.

Ahh.. I see. Never thought of that. Thanks! :)
So how big of a washer? I mean can you use anything else than the teeny ones? Won't it interfere if I used a larger one on the heel?

Also, is the rest of the set-up in your sled much different from mine? Jetting, at which altitude are you at, gearing and how tall lugs on the track?
These factors might have somethign to say?

I am just gonna get you close....bang on only happens if I get incredibly lucky. Add a small washer to the heel. After it snows you will know what your rpm,s are...but...that will change again when the winter gets colder & the barometer rises. What you see for initial winter clutching will change as the season goes on; you will have to add more weight to hit target rpm,s later in the season

I see. But my former hc set up was incredibly consistent. 8500 no matter what. But thanks :)

But isn't your 51/37 helix more aggressive than a 48/38, possibly creating more overrev when you have 4,3 in the heel? What am I missing here?

What is the application for that?

Powderriding, riverrunning or what?
Also, what's your gearing and track?
What's your top speed?
Thanks ;)!

Application was for an SRX on snow
Worked well on anything except deep powder which an SRX has no business being in in the 1st place
Stock gearing & a 121 track
Top speed was lots.

Will a 22/38 gearing and a 1.25 track do well then?

Also to achieve the weight specified in the weight locations you used?

heel, 3,3 bolt and 1 gram washer?
mid and tip, 1,2 screw and 2 one gram washers? Or did you use the lock washers? thanks again

I used the 3 gram small bolts in the tip & mid. I think i had bolt & washer in the heel. It,s been a few years & I never ever wrote stuff down. The Rums are gradually eroding away my 2 stroke rememberings.

They are 3.3 grams each. Your set up is identical to supertorquers, exept for the helix. Thanks :)
