MM 700 Helix

Hi:I am running a 97 MM 700. Tunnel extension, 159 x 2" Track. Stock motor with aftermarket stinger. 1 Head gasket removed.
I just picked up a team roller secondary off of an RX1. What helix and spring would work for this sled?
