I installed the Tracks USA 136" extension package on my Viper this past weekend. Placed the Viper cooler in the tracks usa tunnel extension, added the Mountain Max hoses and hose covers. Put on a camoplast 9834 1.25" lug track. Just have to put the studs in and I'm ready for SNOW!!!!

Is that the cooler extending below the end of the tunnel extenstion? I am putting on a Hartman extension and was wondering if I could get the cooler in or if it would be supported enough not being fastened on the bottom. What do you think?

I used the original rear piece from my tunnel....mounted it to the inside of the new tunnel extension......to rivet the cooler as well as the snow flap.

So the cooler is supported exactly as it originally was.

mj, nice install and cost you less than half the price of any other. I like the way you did your cooler install. alot easier than the way i did mine. i cut the back out of the tracks usa extension then riveted in the one from the viper. do you have a clearer pic of it with the snow flap on. ;)! did you have to mess with the hose covers a little? i did to get then tights to the sides.

Nodoo...
Thanks, Yes I did have to play with the hose covers a bit.

I'll post some better pictures of the cooler installation.

Thanks for your input and pictures before I did the install...

I was thinking it was the extra large cooler, but did you use the stock cooler and does that attach to only the top of the extension?
My kit came with only a cross tube so I would like to do what you did.
My stock cooler for a Vmax unfortunately mounts to the rear of the extension only and it just isn't long enough so now I am in search of the standard Viper cooler.

Thanks for posting your pics

The stock viper cooler attaches to the top and the rear.....the rear is longer than the back of the extension that's why I put the original rear plate inside the extension to attach the back of the cooler . I can try and take some pictures on the inside.

Looks good! I decided not to extend mine this year, but after seeing yours I'm having second thoughts. ;)!

Here are some more pics, some of the cooler from the inside.
