Ok; I am truly nuts . . .

I now have three, yes, three Project Phazers going and I need to unload two of them ASAP.

To that end, I need to replace the track on one of them. I want to use an exisitng track from one of the other two to do it; the replacement is in good overall condition.

Goal is to sell the one I want to put the least amount of work into the soonest.

It needs the track and new slides, whihc I also have on hand. I just need to drop the skid on at least one; thinking about having the install done by someone else ( I can tear stuff apart but am not the greatest at putting it back together :)

Any pointers/advice will be much appreciated.

It isn't hard, just time consuming. Worst thing about disassembly is draining the chaincase and removing the drive axle (great time to check/replace axle bearings). Worst part of reassembly is getting the last two skid mounting bolts in (doesn't matter which two, just the last ones).

Remove the bolt from the front limiter strap and the upper attaching bolt from the rear shock and it will be much easier. There will be no fighting to line up bolt holes.

BigMan, I live in St. Charles (SW 'burbs). Give me a hollar and I'll be happy to help. Don't know much about Phazers yet but I do wrench on my own sleds. Just tore out the skid on my cat and had it powder coated (in Yorkville) and about to put it back in. So I might be able to lend a hand.
