Have any of you guys had the trailing arm mounts come loose and start to wear through(where it mounts to the foot rest with about 5 or 6 pop rivets)? I have 2 97's one with 5800 miles and one with either 2800 or 3800 miles. They both have had the same problem. Just wondering if this is a common problem or if something is out of whack on my sleds? What did you do to fix this?

Ya I have had that isue on mine but replaced 15 of the 20 rivets. Get the better rivets from your local dealer. They are steel and are easy to install. Worth it over generic replacement rivets.
I after riveting them I use a hammer chisel I modified into a rivet pounder on the cone side and used a dolly on the flat side to really pound it flat/cinch it up. Works well.
