"Original" Phazer ? 1984-1989
Phazer II 1990-1995
Phazer SS 1996-1998 (widened to 40" ski-stance)
I believe they may have made the Phazer Mountain Lite into 1999 ?

YesVmax540, I think you are right on 1999 being the last year for the Mountain Lite (longtrack Phazer).
The Ski-Doo Elan was made for a long time, but possibly only available in Canada in the last years.

OK yes they had the PZ ML in '99,,it was a black sled..
Original Phazer was 1984.
Phazer 2 in 1990, some stuff changed, wider stance, 121 track...
They got rid of the ypz cluch in the 90s, larger secondary, then I think reverse cam around 1996.
98 was the last year for the short tracked Phazer, but the mountain lite continued a bit after.
Great sled.
