The weight will not be your shipping issue rather it is the overall size of the box. I figure a rail is 6 pounds or so for a 121". The 7"x4"x48" minimum size of the box may cause UPS to break out their tape measure shipping calculator and crank up the bucks.
For example a cross zone shipment of a 7x7x48 box weighing 8 pounds was $5.85

With nothing on it the stock rail weighs in a 4.5 pounds. You figure when you are done with the box and everything, it is going to be right around 7 pounds.
