97 600 XTC 1600 miles- Please help

I want to replace the head gasket, but I do not want it to take from the reliablity of the machine..

Reliabilty is not an issue.
If anything, it will run better. I purchased my 98 MMax off the showroom floor and it was one of the first things the dealer changed for me. The old max is still runnin great.;)!

that is awsome. I think that all in- normal service (clean Carbs, Lube grease fittings, Check bogie wheels, Change chain case oil, new plugs, check belt, Check Shocks, Missing anything?) - Clutch kit- new skiis- possible new track and I will be set for the season- I will take and post a pic when i am done. Thank you all for posts to help!
