BLUE hand grips

For the guys that have blue handgrips, did they come stock on the sleds?

As for the heaters inside, are they modled into the grips, or the sheet-style elements?

Basically, I want to add the blue grips instead of the stock black ones, and want some feedback / advice.

I believe the blue grips came stock on 2000+ srx and mountain max's. The grips have a plastic shell with a wire wrapped around it. The rubber grip is then put over that.

They were stock on SXR 700s, too.

not on my srx.....mine has black hand grips....but came with Ohlins.....so, it all balances out I guess.

So, are they easy to change? will is f'up the heaters?

the heaters and the grip are one piece. The grips are glued onto the bars. I had to cut mine apart to get my old ones off, then take your new ones and slide them on.

The stock ones are a PITA to get all the glue off. They are also about 30$ a pc for the newer style ones.

meh, i'll stick with the black ones.....and buy the blue snow-flap instead
