Pro action in 95 Vmax?

I put a 2000 venture skid in my longtrack 94 Vmax 600 ST. It took about 5 hours. I will be a right-up on it shortly. You will have to drill new holes and add spacers. You also need the mounting locations from donor sled. You can put any make skid in your sled.
 
It doesn't bolt right on but it will fit, just need to drill some new holes, spacers, etc. The post with the link from Ike will help you a lot. I put an 03 RX1 skid in my 95 vmax 600 and it was worth it.
