little question..next year i would like to convert my srx to a semi groomed trail/ offroad sled whhat kind of extension would you recommend? i guess 136" would be tghe max i can go or else i wont have good handleing on trail? any input would be appreciated

Put a mountain performance 144 tunnel extension and go with the rail extensions from tracks usa. you can still put a 136 track on it and it looks fine. down the road you can go to a 144 if you want. check out the long travel srx post. that sled has the 144 with the 136 track

ok cool but with a 144 inch how will the handleing be when i actually go on groomed trails? iveheard that the handleing sucks.. and if i cjange to 144 do i have to change my rear suspension?

use the 144" tipped rail extensions. it will corner as good if not better than a 136".

David does Tracksusa make the tipped up 144's? Is that what you had on your viper? Sounds like a damn sweet setup.

i did my viper with the strait 136". my pro x on the other hand is apart right now going 144". i just got done fitting the tipped rail extensions on there. tracks makes them tipped for yamaha's too. i spent some time on a switchback last year in the woods and was really impressed with the way the tipped rails worked!yamaholic22 said:David does Tracksusa make the tipped up 144's?
