How to move Drivers on the Shaft

Hey guys i just bought a set of 8 tooth drivers off this site and the 2 middle drvers do not line up to my old 9 tooth drivers and have been moved in about 1/4 of an inch. Does anyone know why this would be? From what i know i think they came out of a Mountain Max. How can i move them back into their orginal position.

1. Big pale of boiling hot water soapy water to warn the driver up.
2. 2X4 with a notch cut out of the middle, so it fits over the drive shaft and rests against the driver.
3. A hole bunch of jumping (or hammering) and cursing. If you go the jumping route, save the beer until your done as balance is required.

or the correct way. an arbor or hydraulic press.

Good luck doing it yamerdown's way, it is about a 3 second job with an arbor press. You can send it to someone and they can do it for you as we could offer this service. Just ship it with the drivers and we can install it for you according to spec if you do not have access to a press.

Yamerdown thats funny about the beer . I think that would acually work We tried to make our own puller but did not work good.
Does anybody know why they would be moved in 1/4 of an inch?
