136" kit

I don't think anyone makes a 136" kit. It's really a 141 / 144 kit. I think you can do it just as well with a MM extension and a set of tracksusa rail extensions. Those rail extensions are a quality product. You can try Hartman, but I don't think his rail extensions take the hyfax as does tracksusa. I bought a used MM tunnel extension, used rear cooler, used hose covers and used rear bumper all from fellows on here.

for rail extensions either mountain machines or tracks usa. for tunnel extensions the tracks usa one isnt very good, but slp, hartman or mountain performance all make a good one.

my mt. perf. extension doesn't allow the slides all the way to the end. i haven't really noticed a difference but i've only put about 150 miles on it since it was installed.

Does this make a big difference?

It makes a big difference. The Trackusa is a CNC machined piece that looks great and blends into the existing rails. It's a quality piece. You then use 136" hyfax and gives it the finishing touch. The Hartman piece, and similar ones, look like something you'd make yourself, nothing more than a piece of metal hanging off the end of your skid to hang the rear wheels. Do some searching and look at both kinds.

do the tracks usa extensions, they where BY FAR the best looking when I did mine
fit great (a little custom fitting neededto fit tight) and I also added the extra bolts

Hartman extentions now use the full length hyfax(I think). Check their web site for sure.
Their install is really easy. IMO

Just checked their 07 catalog. They're extensions look to be the same as always ( no hyfax in 'em ), but they now have a hyfax extender that matches up to it. It doesn't appear to be as good as the Trackusa setup, which is all one piece.
