Will these kimpex ski mounts work on my sled.

I want to put plastic skis on my sled but funds are tight. Will the Kimpex mounts for the Yamaha Phazer, Exciter 1984-1997 work on my 94 VMAX without any mods. I am trying to get plastic skis and mounts for around $200 or so.
 
you can run the srx,sxr,mm ski's by simply taking the stock srx aluminum bases on ski's and milling them out so the strut end fits down thru the base, the mounting hole and all works perfect in the ski saddle. Have done this on alot of phazers and a few vmax's works great and really helps the ride out.

Is there a set of years on the srx,sxr,mm for fitment on the 94-96 Vmax XT. I am in same position as sandman looking for an inexpensive plastic ski option.

I have some homemade aluminum ski mounts that I made for my 1990 exciter that I would be willing to sell. I had them mount on USI skis. The Ski's wore out, but I still have the mounts. I can send you a pic if you want. I will sell them for $25 shipped to yuor address.
