The rear painted "bumper"on my Viper seems to be a crap magnet.
It seems like even trailering up North discolored the paint.
I've tried various clenaers and degreasers with minimal results. I think that I'll probably have it powder coated in the future, or try to polish it.
In the meantime, what works to bring back the original aluminum color of the paint???

The rear tubular bumper the Vipers, at least the Viper S is not painted. It is bare aluminum. They do get discolored, I wet sanded mine down witha very fine sandpaper and then used Mothers metal polish on it. To keep it looking good you have to polish it periodically but it looks better than stock.
