40 10 heel clicker install???? problem? 01 srx

After installing the heel clickers 40 10. When u add any weight to the shoulder like to get 4.3 grams the washer contacts the roller. Do I need smaller rollers? or is this normal .It does not seem to bind much but does not seem rite. I belive the rollers are stock. Has anyone run into this? 2001 srx 700 :o|
 

The roller immediately pulls away from the heel as soon as the primary engages. Been a while since i did hc,s in a SRX but I never had any probs. There should be some slight play in the heel/roller contact anyway.

It is prob not a big deal. Just thinking maybe I will file where the washer touches the roller. cant hurt.It prob does not bind enough to cause a problem. I would definitly like to hear if any others have noticed this.
