Easier way to install a 144 skid?

yea, as they said above, front bolts first. And make sure the track is very loose to make the rear bolts easier

Start with front, then if i recall i loosen the transfer rods and it buckles the rear and should be able to line it right up... i'll be doing it tomorrow.

Yea i always like to do the front first, then the rears (loosen the bolts in the ends of the control rods if you have to to get the rears to line up), and then the center bolts last. Always had good luck that way.

Front bolts first, and them push forward (toward front of sled) on the tail end of the track where it goes around the rear axle to line up the rear bolts. Watch what pushing on the rear axle does, it's kinda interesting.
