I just seen a couple seats on ebay.Do a search for "exciter" and they'll come up.

On the machine I redid, the front and rear seat bracket were rusted and pitted with holes. I sand blasted both of them and used both existing pieces to mold new sheet metal around them. All was riveted into place, prepped to resist any corrosion, painted and made better than new. I wanted to keep the old parts as they had the sharp notches for securing the new seat cover.
