Please post pics of your rack system on your mountain machines. I have a 03 Mnt. Viper and cannot find any racks on line to suit me. The top of the tunnel extenton is very thin so I thought I would weld up something out of aluminum and attach it to the sides of the tunnel to the hitch assembly I'm making tomorow.

Your tunnel is strong enough, if your use car body washers on the underside. I carry 20# no problem. Starting line products has one that was designed for polaris $80
I believe Gold finger has a real nice one also. Places to look if you have not done so already.

I'll take some more pics of the tail light for you, it's built into the gas rack. The HRFT just plain ROCKS! If it's not too late, I would get the NOS bottle compartment for extra storage. It would have been perfect for my tow buddy which I have mounted to my clutch cover now. The shovel pouch is nice.....lots of extra storage.
I have the big wheels because I went to a 144" track. Use the offset axle in the reverse position and it avoids setting back the skid or using rail extensions. Mine are from Fabcraft because I don't care about the bling and they were priced right.....super light too.

Thanx for the photos! Where did you get the LED set up? Any complaints from your buddies about its brightness (lack of)? Can't wait for that Boss seat. Two month waiting list. One more month to go. I welded up a hitch last weekend. Painted it and mounting it tomorrow. I'll post some Pics. Bought this 03 Viper Mnt. with 352 miles on it for $3800.00 and already put another $1500.00 in it for seat, skis, handle bar work, ram air. This web page is SWEEET! One gets a lot of info from it before making a purchase.

Wildchild supplied the taillight but it is from Four Barr. He welded the bracket onto the rack before powder coat. We don't trail ride much so seeing it isn't much of an issue (more for keeping it legal because we do occasionally hop on a trail here or there) but I think it is a tad bit brighter than the stock set-up. It really shows up quite well. Get used to spending the $ because it's an addiction that just doesn't stop.......

Here's a gas rack from Fabcraft I was thinking about getting, super light weight and looks like a no-brainer install. If gas is all you're worried about carrying, this might be your ticket.
