Last year i put 4 Doo wheels up front on skid they are 5.375". I know a lot of guys are running the Poo wheels which are 5.35". Looking at the sled in the shop i notice there seems to be alot a pressure at the wheels.....what do you guys think?............is this now putting to much pressure at the bend on the skid?.....................James

No, they will be fine, I would however replace the other 2 rears and use a set of marginal wheel kits on the curve in front of the 4 you just replaced. Its easier to turn the wheels then drag the hyfax on the clips, especially in low snow conditions.

Did you replace all 6 wheels.
It will be just fine....mine sits a little different with the polaris wheels and no problems.
Nice meeting you this weekend.

Do those doo wheels work perfect with the yamaha plastic spacers or what? Never tried those, i think they look a little nicer than the poo wheels.

The was no issues with the stock bushings, same bearing size also. I did go with these because of look and didn't think the extra .025" would hurt......James

Just a follow up....i picked up a marginal wheel kit (thanks Rich!) and when i did a mock up i was amazed on how much binding there was at the rail bend about 3" ahead of the first bolt on the skid. With no clutches on and chain case apart i had to use both hands to turn track! I think because of the straight rate spring (which i am going to change) it compounding the binding at the bend. How much was this holding me back in performance! The wheel wheel kit will make a huge difference i know that for sure..............James
