These are the two forward most wheels on the rails. I started taking all the wheels off to install over sized doo wheels and noticed that the two front wheels really got "chewed up" so to speak. There aren't any witness marks on the suspension anywhere, and the closest thing to it that could ahve caused it would be the lower rail bolt in the front swing arm. Just aking to see what you guys think are maybe someone has seen this before.
I also attached a pic of the studs in the track(pic isn't very good but might be good enough to show the cut off studs), any reason why the person that installed the studs would have cut of the ones on the outside under the idler wheels?

The chewed up wheels is normal it happens from ice getting built up gnawing away at the rubber the picks are another story check the front heat cooler for a trench dug in by the picks.

Yeah, there are studs that run under these wheels. And to add to that those studs were all cut off. If you can see in the pic above the outside studs were all cut, was that way when I bought sled. Not sure why they did that either. Could this be related I wonder?

If you are concerned, you can always remove them.
I would actually put in some new ones if it was my sled.
Are there any front protectors in it?
Just a thought.

if this is on the inside, check your bushings and shaft of your w arm, ive seen this chew up one side, the sleds suspenion will change alignment of the track under power or when hitting a bump, slide the track over and the nubs rub on the wheels.

Thanks for the feedback guys. the wheels that were chewed up where the forward most outside wheels. And Yeah I think I am going to replace the studs with new ones if I can find roughly 40-50 of them for a reasonable price
