Anybody know what thickness and where to get the thicker base gasket.

you can get the thicker base gasket thru Hauck. You will only gain a little bit, and I would say more of the gain comes from cutting the heads then only raising the cylinders .020", you would be alot better off to run the stock base gasket and have someone raise your exh port 1-1.5mm and open up the triple ports. Cut your heads depending on the gas you have available to run all the time, stay close to .052" squish for trail.
