I installed a set of adjustable transfer rods on my 1998 VMAX 600 XT, now I am told that you have to be careful not to have to much wieght transfer or else your snubbers on the front of the rails will catch the track openings and destroy the track.....anyone ever hear of this problem.

Yes I heard that to. Make sure that when you are sitting on your sled the space is equal between the nylon washers below and above the rod body.
