that Phazer Looks So STUPID!!! lol, looks like that guy is riding on a chunk of steel. Tunnel looks Way to big for its own good, i think its stupid
I'm kinda glad it looks that bad, means they are working on the mechanical instead of the cosmetics. I'd be surprised if they look that way for the races. That hood setup is probably only on there to keep the snow out and make it easy to get at the sled for tuning. The tunnel is bulkier looking but the foot boards are probably lower to keep the center of gravity down (if the driver is 2" lower, than the CG is lower as well). You'll notice how tight the seat and exhaust are to the top of the tunnel as well for the same reason. Not that it's pretty right now, but it is race preped.
I think its like that to hide all the new tech.

I don't know if I'd say it's ugly, I will say that it is completely different from anything else. It should be easy to spot while on the trails.
The sound should be an easy play too. How many 11000 + rpm, twin cylinder, four strokes, are running around?

"hey guys im in the process of putting videos up from today, but here's pics of the sled. i talked with malinowski and Yugi about the sleds. 1000cc 4 strokes is what Yogi told me what was in it. heres a quote from him "awesome power, goes really well." they were dragging off to the side of the track and yamaha was kicking ***. let me tell you this, these sleds are very impressive. pretty much a highly beefed up phazer, but there are its differences.
