I just got a 03 Viper, this is my first sled with power valves. I was wondering what 2-stroke oil do people use? Is there a brand I should stay away from? I was debating between Amsoil or Klotz. Any suggestions??

I like amsoil I have never personally used klotz, But hear good things about it. I dont think u could go wrong with either. The powervalves are prety easy to clean.

I had talked with the amsoil guy at the greyslake show this year and asked him what benefits amsoil has over yamalube? He said, "Over Yamalube? Probably nothing as Yamalube makes a great oil. It will lubricate and perform the same as yamalube but our one benefit will be less smoke and better smelling" Yamalube is not as bad as it may be percieved. If you have not had success with it in the past, then I don't blame you for disliking it but it is a great oil in general.
