Can someone enlighten me about sway bar removal.
What are the ride differences. I ride a
2001 700 Mountain Max.
90% powder riding.

I also ride a 2001 mm700 (without a sway bar).
The sway bar is only usefull on the trail. Once you are at the play area having no sway bay allows you to boondock and side hill with less effort.
It also weighs 4lbs.

Unbolt one side and take the wishbow off. Take it for a spin and try it out.
It makes the sled tippy on the trails, but off trail it works great. I have mine out and it won't go back in unless I sell the sled.
Some people cut theirs off (that is final-no going back). Take the time and pull it out and if sometime in the future you want to put it back in, you don't have to buy another one.
