Besides the clutching I'm doing some mods on the jets and other to run the power inc center dump on my sx 600.
I was reading and trying to understand. This is my first time with this also so help me out.

This is the set up they told me.

jets 140/141.3/140
47.5 pilots
raise needles 1/2 right accross
fuel screw 2 turns out

Unfortunally the only thing I know how to do is the main jets.....I need help with the rest because I don't know how to do it, or how it looks like, or where they are......I'm sure is nothing to complicated.....Thanks

And I don't think is posible but and explode view of the carb or the thing that I have to do will be awesome....

Thanks ;)!

Actually you are in luck, there are quite a few carb pictures and component locations shown on the tech pages on totallyamaha.com All of the components you are questioning are shown, so take a look at those and if you still have any questions fire away.

Thanks again on this one.....Now that you are here what do you think about that jetting is it to lean...I'm going to be running an egt anyways so i guess I could tell later right.......

Thanks

I would definately take the setup they told you as the best starting point. Usually pipe manufacturers will err on the side of safety so that they dont get a bad reputation, so you should be safe with what they told you.

dont go by the egts to determine setup, you will still need to read plugs and wash. the egts are nice once you establish your base. temps can very due to probe placement in the pipe and calibrations which could give you inaccruate readings.

start as holic22 said and then read plugs and wash for proper jetting, then use the egts.
