I'm also putting a new track on the 98 vmax 700sx, I plan on replacing the drive axle bearing, Is there anything else I'll need? Do I need any gaskets or seals for the gearbox?

Go one step further and change the jackshaft bearings to.Check you idler bearings to.One of my upper idler wheel bearings was shot so I changed the both of them,when I had the skid out.This summer I went and changed every other bearing in the suspension when I installed all new idler and rear wheels.Preventative maintenance it is called.
I should have mentioned that I plan on replacing all the worn bearings and bushing in the rear skid, I noticed lots of play after dropping it.
