Well the bender racing website is back up.
Anyone considering buying the mono shock suspension this season?
It may be a nice alternative to an M-10. Time will tell. Looks like the 121 inch is about a grand, but it is not a complete skid. For a couple of a hundred dollars more you can have an M-10 that is complete. But here to, the Bender is made for Yamahas, the M-10 for anything. Any thoughs on this?
Did Bender deliver any units last year at all? As I seem to recall from this forum, it was a trail of broken promises, but now I guess we know why.
Hope things work out better now.

That is interesting. I have been thinking about installing either a Bovin Expert X, M10, or Polaris Edge skid in my Viper next year. I would be curious to hear any feedback on this Bender set up as well.
Although, I think the Yami mono-shock is desinged for a nice ride and I hear not the best for ditch banging. So I wonder what Bender was looking for when they designed their set up?

I had one ordered, but cancelled it after about a month and a half of promises.I ended up doing an m-10 instead. It seems like there were a couple fellas on this forum who had them installed and it seemed like the feedback was good, at least initially.Time will tell I suppose.
Does anyone know if the Penske shock is rebuildable? The skid shocks in my Viper S are not, so I'm starting to look at the options.
Pioneer has KYBs and Ohlins available as replacements, but then I still have the pro action skid, which I am not unhappy with, but a Bender, M-10, or Expert would be an upgrade.

from what I heard, the bender was a real nice skid. the mono would be a great hard running skid, it is just that the stock shock and spring are set on the soft side.
Penske shocks are rebuildable. CB Perf will also beoffering a mono conversion this year. It will be lighter, and probablly better than a bender. Maxdlx
