What does it take to mount the Kimpex plastic skis on my 94 vmax 600?

I am looking at upgrading my front skis to plastic. I can get the black skis for 43 each and colored skis for 49 each. They have the following mounts for All models w/3"module 97-01 60-08 $26.99ea. This seems like a pretty good deal. Will those fit on my 94 with some modificatrions? What exactly would I have to do to make them fit?
